Mid-Level GEOINT Analyst

Essential Job Functions:

We are currently seeking a skilled Mid-Level GEOINT Analyst to join our team in Springfield, Virginia.

The successful candidate will support mission-critical intelligence operations through imagery and geospatial analysis, product development, and the application of advanced GEOINT tradecraft and tools.

Required Skills:

Active Top Secret (TS) clearance in DISS with current SCI eligibility.

Ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph within 90 days of starting employment.

Ability to travel globally without restrictions.

At least five (5) years of IMINT and/or GEOINT experience, which may be supplemented by a relevant degree in accordance with the J-02 experience points calculation.

At least three (3) years of recent IMINT/GEOINT operational experience, with experience obtained within the last three (3) years.

Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Intelligence Studies, or a related discipline.

Completion of a certified imagery schoolhouse, military or equivalent program.

Functional experience using ArcGIS or a similar geospatial analysis platform.

Experience working with multimodal imagery.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis and communicate findings effectively.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a mission-focused team.

Desired Skills:

Current or recent experience supporting NGA, preferably with an IC contractor badge and CAC.

More than five (5) years of intelligence analysis experience supporting imagery and/or geospatial product development.

GPC certification.

Advanced proficiency with ArcGIS and related geospatial analysis tools.

Experience with SOM tools.

Ability to start immediately.
