Your tasks :

• Involvement on innovative research projects for new cutting tools with a focus towards geometry
• Execution of trials, analyses in the lab and/or production with subsequent evaluation
• Frequent use of simulation software, followed by validation through production trials
• Support for R&D engineers in their daily work
• Preparation of technical documentation and presentations
• Participate and contribute to project meetings

Your profile :

• Being enrolled in Bachelor / Master in Mechanical Engineering, Material sciences, Business Engineering with focus on Mechanical engineering, Materials science or similar
• Ability to think outside the box, problem solving & communication skills
• Knowledge in the field of cemented carbides & coatings is an asset
• Good MS Office skills
• Languages : Speaking fluently English and either basic German or French. Any other language is an asset.
