Harbor is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Operations Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity leave coverage. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys supporting Talent Operations across multiple regions. As a key member of the Talent team, you will help ensure Talent processes run smoothly and efficiently while delivering a consistent and positive employee experience. You will collaborate closely with Talent, IT, and Finance teams globally, gaining exposure to international processes and supporting Talent operations across North America and other international regions. This hands-on operational role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Office Requirement:
This position is based in Moncton, New Brunswick, and requires employees to work at least three (3) days per week in the Moncton office, with the remaining two (2) days worked remotely. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Moncton office to support onboarding activities, employee services, workplace operations, and health and safety responsibilities.
Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover):
This position is offered as a fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave coverage for a defined period. The contract will commence and conclude on agreed-upon dates in accordance with business requirements and applicable Canadian employment legislation.
Should the maternity leave period be extended, there may be an opportunity to extend the contract, subject to business needs and mutual agreement. The successful candidate will receive all statutory benefits and protections applicable under local employment legislation.
