Contracts & Procurement Engineer | Navi Mumbai

We are hiring an experienced Contracts & Procurement Engineer for reputed engineering consultancy and project management organization

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of strong Contracts Management experience.
• Mandatory experience in Design-Build contracts and Professional Services contracts.
• Strong knowledge of Design-Build / Progressive Design-Build contract risks, terms and interpretation.
• Experience in pre-award procurement and post-award contract administration.
• Strong exposure to subcontract management, commercial meetings, change orders/change certificates, claims and dispute resolution.
• Experience reviewing tenders, contract documents, scope gaps, discrepancies and commercial risks.
• Participate in commercial evaluation and procurement processes.
• Manage contractual payment, schedule, scope, risk and change management.
• Prepare contractual/commercial reports for senior management.
• Ability to lead and guide a Contracts / Subcontracts team.
• Experience with piling-related contracts would be relevant for this particular requirement.

Job Location : Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary Range : Exp 10 Yrs and below (CTC Upto 15 LPA) / Exp 11 to 12 Yrs (CTC upto 20 LPA)

Industry: EPC / Engineering / Infrastructure Experience: 15+ years total, with 10+ years in Contracts Education: BE / Btech ( Electrical / Civil ) Engineering Graduate/Post-Graduate; MBA / Contracts Management qualification preferred.
