As an Applied AI Specialist, you will design, implement, and manage AI-driven solutions that operationalize AI-first Application Management Services. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable AI-enabled operations, translating business and operational requirements into user-centric AI capabilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Solution Design: Translating business and operational requirements into scalable, user-centric AI capabilities that automate workflows, augment decision-making, and improve service delivery.

• AI Implementation: Implementing and managing AI-driven solutions that integrate with observability, telemetry, event management, and operational monitoring platforms.

• Performance Optimization: Monitoring and optimizing agent performance through model evaluation, prompt refinement, agent configuration, and logic enhancements to improve accuracy, reliability, and business outcomes.

• Operational Governance: Maintaining operational governance of AI solutions by managing production stability, performance thresholds, compliance requirements, risk controls, and responsible AI practices.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with application operations, platform operations, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to design, deploy, and continuously improve agent-based solutions.

• AI Solution Design: Experience with designing scalable, user-centric AI capabilities that automate workflows and augment decision-making.

• AI Implementation Management: Experience implementing AI-driven solutions that integrate with observability, telemetry, and event management platforms.

• Agent Performance Optimization: Experience with model evaluation, prompt refinement, and agent configuration to improve accuracy and reliability.

• Operational Governance Management: Experience managing production stability, performance thresholds, and compliance requirements for AI solutions.

• AI Technology Utilization: Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, AI orchestration platforms, and automation technologies to deliver scalable AI-enabled operations.

• Advanced AI Technologies: Experience with emerging AI technologies and innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency and excellence.

• AI Security Practices: Knowledge of security protocols and risk controls to ensure responsible AI practices and compliance requirements.

• Data Analytics Tools: Familiarity with data analytics tools to optimize agent performance and improve business outcomes.
