You will serve as a trusted partner, co-creating new value with clients and driving both digital and business transformation together. In this role, you will oversee IT projects, leading progress management, resource allocation, and issue resolution. You will ensure seamless communication with clients, guiding projects from requirements definition through to implementation. Leveraging the latest technologies, you will support the team with a strong focus on quality and deadlines, contributing to the success of the project. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and ensure stable operations, particularly for clients in the financial industry, including major domestic banks.

• Complex Project Delivery Experience: Experience with delivering complex projects/programs, including complex application and/or system integration projects, with a focus on end-to-end lifecycle management.

• Technical Leadership Expertise: Experience in providing technical, architectural, and project management leadership to ensure overall solution integrity, with the ability to articulate technical foundations to clients.

• Hybrid Approach Implementation: Experience working with the hybrid approach, redesigning processes and applications to speed business transformation across various industries.

• Red Hat and OpenShift Foundations: Experience with Red Hat and OpenShift technologies, with the ability to clearly communicate their value proposition and technical capabilities to clients.

• Industry-Agnostic Solutioning: Experience working across multiple industries, providing tailored solutions that meet specific client needs and expectations.

• Experience in driving large-scale projects for the financial industry at an IT vendor, SIer, consulting firm, or financial institution.

• Experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Project Leader (PL) in system integration development, package software development, or system construction for the financial industry.

• Experience in system development, particularly in overseeing upstream processes including the requirements definition phase.

• Japanese (Fluent, JLPT N1)

• Hybrid Cloud Experience: Experience with hybrid cloud environments, including the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions. Knowledge of cloud-native applications and migration strategies is beneficial.

• DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and delivery, is advantageous in this role.

• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Experience working in multiple industries, with knowledge of industry-specific challenges and solutions, is desirable.

Experience as a Project Manager (PM) in applying project management frameworks such as those defined by PMP.

• Development experience utilizing cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud) or container technologies.

•お客様の意思決定に関わる資料作成や、お客様との意思疎通を行うに十分な日本語力を有していること
