As a Managing Lead specializing in SAP SNP / Extended EIM, you will advise, design, and build solutions for SAP Data Quality, Data Migration, and Data Governance. You will utilize your hands-on skills to implement and design using one or more of the following solutions: eHub, Syniti, SAP Data Intelligence, and/or SNP.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design and Implement Solutions: Design and implement data management solutions using eHub, Syniti, SAP Data Intelligence, and/or SNP, ensuring high-quality data governance and migration outcomes.

• Advise on Data Quality: Provide expert advice on SAP Data Quality, helping clients to identify and address data quality issues and develop effective data governance strategies.

• Build Data Governance Frameworks: Develop and implement data governance frameworks that meet client needs, leveraging SAP Extended EIM solutions to ensure data integrity and compliance.

• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their data management needs, providing tailored solutions and guidance on SAP Extended EIM best practices.

• Deliver Solution Outcomes: Deliver high-quality solution outcomes that meet client expectations, ensuring seamless data migration and integration with existing systems.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

8+ years of experience in SAP data migration, with at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA migration projects using SNP CrystalBridge.

• Hands-on expertise in SNP CrystalBridge Transformation Platform, especially with Bluefield migration methodology: Proven experience in using SNP CrystalBridge for data transformation and system conversions (Bluefield, Shell, or Selective Migration).

• Strong understanding of SAP data models (Customer/Vendor/Material Master, Finance, etc.) and legacy system structures.

• Proven experience with data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation techniques.

• Deep Expertise in SAP Extended EIM: Proven experience with SAP Extended EIM solutions, including eHub, Syniti, SAP Data Intelligence, and/or SNP, with a strong focus on data quality, data migration, and data governance.

• Hands-on Implementation Experience: Experience with designing and implementing data management solutions using SAP Extended EIM solutions, ensuring high-quality data governance and migration outcomes.

• Data Governance Framework Development: Experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks that meet client needs, leveraging SAP Extended EIM solutions to ensure data integrity and compliance.

• SAP Data Quality Expertise: Experience with SAP Data Quality, including identifying and addressing data quality issues and developing effective data governance strategies.

• Certification in SAP Extended EIM: Certification in one or more SAP Extended EIM solutions, such as eHub, Syniti, SAP Data Intelligence, and/or SNP, is highly desirable.
