The Admissions Pricing & Promotions Coordinator supports the execution of pricing, promotional, inventory, and revenue strategies across track events. This role ensures pricing accuracy, monitors sales and inventory performance, supports promotional and secondary market initiatives, and provides reporting and analysis to inform ticketing decisions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to work effectively with data, reporting tools, ticketing systems, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of event pricing, fee structures, and approved pricing changes within ticketing systems.
  • Monitor ticket inventory, sales performance, sell-through, and pricing trends to identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth.
  • Prepare and distribute pricing, sales, inventory, revenue, and promotional performance reports and analyses.
  • Support promotional campaigns, dynamic pricing initiatives, resale activity, and inventory allocations for promotions, waitlists, relocations, and other ticketing programs.
  • Conduct market and competitive pricing research to support pricing recommendations and revenue strategies.
  • Maintain accurate pricing documentation and communicate pricing updates and decisions to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Ticket Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Track personnel, and Quality Assurance to ensure pricing and inventory accuracy.
  • Support the Director with data analysis, presentations, pricing recommendations, and special projects.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sports Management, Marketing, Economics, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • 2–4 years of experience in ticketing, pricing analysis, revenue management, sales operations, or business analytics.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM platforms preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A data-driven and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Curiosity about market trends and consumer behavior.

  • A commitment to supporting revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sports, entertainment, or live event ticketing.
  • Knowledge of dynamic pricing principles and ticket inventory management.
  • Experience preparing business reports and analyzing sales trends.
  • Familiarity with secondary ticket marketplaces and promotional campaigns.

Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility to support race weekends, special events, and business needs. Evening, weekend, and holiday work is required, along with occasional travel as needed.
