Service Technician Benelux (Office Velp) m/f/d 100%

This job posting is for our subsidiary in Benelux (located in Velp).

• Ensuring optimal customer service after delivery of the goods
• Providing support for troubleshooting, functional testing, and advanced use of the equipment
• Receiving customer complaints
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment in accordance with GMP guidelines
• Conducting internal and external training for customer
• Assistance with the creation of service manuals

• Expertise in electrical and mechanical installation, automation, and electronics

• Basic knowledge of fluid mechanics, chemistry, and biotechnological processes
• Experience repairing electrical and mechanical equipment
• Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics
• Understanding of computer-based automation systems and computer network configuration
• Proficient in using Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with an ERP system
• Proficiency with TCP/IP networks and infrastructure
• Dutch and English both written and spoken. French and German are a plus
