Job Details

Responsabilities:

• Execute onboarding tasks and checklists within documented procedures and service levels.
• Clarify complex but familiar customer requirements and align dependencies with internal partner teams to enable smooth handoffs.
• Independently analyze and validate data across multiple systems and reports, resolve discrepancies, and document decisions to support audit-ready outputs and consistent downstream execution.
• Ensure documentation and handoff deliverables are complete, accurate, and decision-useful, enabling efficient downstream execution and minimizing exceptions.
• Provide timely status updates to stakeholders, surface risks early with proposed options, and escalate atypical issues according to established thresholds.
• Coordinate personal workload against a defined plan, manage capacity constraints, and meet assigned milestones.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by refining templates, checklists, and knowledge articles, and share knowledge with peers and new hires where appropriate

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field required.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Work Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer implementation, customer operations within a services environment, or a related field required.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Customer onboarding and implementation experience.
• Data analysis and validation across multiple systems and reports.
• Ability to resolve discrepancies and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Strong organizational and workload management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to identify risks, propose solutions, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Continuous improvement mindset with experience refining processes, templates, and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications:

• Certified associate in project management (CAPM) preferred.
• Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) preferred.
• Equivalent certification preferred.
