Within IBG Netherlands, we specialize in turnkey solutions, private label and packaging in the Beauty and Home Care industry. What will you do as Artwork & Development Coordinator?

As an Artwork & Development Coordinator, you are the bridge between creative ideas and flawless execution. You ensure that the artwork is right down to the last detail, deadlines are met and internal and external teams are perfectly aligned.

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible from A to Z for the development of packaging and artwork for our beauty products. You effortlessly keep multiple projects in the air at the same time and ensure that everything shines on the shelf on time;
• You manage a portfolio of brands and make sure each line‑up is consistent in look and feel, and that any new additions fit seamlessly with the existing range;
• You will work closely with the Sales team, the Artwork Manager, Traffic Manager and other departments. Thanks to your coordination, every project runs smoothly and deadlines are met with ease;
• As a central pivot in the process, you ensure that everyone is on the same page. Whether it's project goals, branding or legal requirements – you keep overview;
• You collect technical print specifications, arrange the creation and approval of packaging deadlines and check that all certification logos and artwork are fully compliant;
• You will support the Sales team in assessing pre-production samples: from colour and print quality to the smallest details – you will ensure that the end result is correct to the highest standard;
• You continuously keep your finger on the pulse: you analyze progress, identify bottlenecks and proactively come up with smart solutions to prevent delays;
• With your fresh perspective, you contribute to improving our processes. You think about how it can be even more efficient, faster and more creative – so that every project is a success.

Your profile:

You are that energetic coordinator who effortlessly switches between creativity and structure. You feel at home in a dynamic environment, where you work together with different teams and always have an eye for detail. With your technical knowledge and creative view, you know how to complete every project successfully.

This is what you bring to the table:

• Relevant education and experience; You have completed MBO or HBO education in, for example, Graphic Design, Visual Arts or Project Management. In addition, you have 2 to 4 years of experience in artwork support or a similar role, preferably within the beauty, packaging or FMCG sector.
• Technical and creative skills; You are familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and have knowledge of printing techniques and prepress processes. This allows you to effortlessly translate creative ideas into technically sound designs.
• Structured and accurate; You work in a systematic way, keep an overview of several projects at the same time and never lose sight of the details. Deadlines and quality standards are in good hands with you.
• Strong communication; You communicate clearly and professionally, both with colleagues and external partners. You can easily switch between different teams and get everyone on the same page.
• Innovative and eager to learn: You have an interest in AI-driven tools and follow the latest developments in technology and design. This way you continue to innovate yourself and our team.
