We are looking for a sharp, unflappable Executive Assistant to serve as the operational engine behind two Senior Vice Presidents. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on turning a full plate into a well-run day—someone who anticipates needs before they are voiced, keeps two distinct sets of priorities moving in sync, and makes complex logistics look effortless.

The scope of this role scales with the executives you support. Working independently with limited oversight, you will exercise sound judgment on shifting priorities and serve as a trusted point of contact across both leaders' teams and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar & Schedule Management: Proactively manage complex, fluid calendars across two SVPs, resolving conflicts and coordinating seamless scheduling across multiple time zones and external organizations.
• Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Build agendas, capture key notes, and track actionable follow-up items to ensure executive meetings are efficient and driving results.
• Travel Coordination: Plan end-to-end travel logistics (flights, accommodations, transit, itineraries) tailored to each executive's preferences.
• Inbox Triage & Communications: Monitor incoming communications, prioritize urgent messages, and support executive correspondence as needed.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a central, approachable point of contact between both SVPs’ teams, internal departments, and external partners.
• Event & Offsite Support: Handle operational and logistical execution for team offsites, executive meetings, and special events.
• Expense Management: Compile, reconcile, and submit expense reports accurately and on time.
• Travel Expectation: Occasional travel (15–20%) to support in-person offsites, major team meetings, and strategic business needs.

• Discretion & Trust: Exercises exceptional judgment and confidentiality when handling sensitive strategic and organizational information.
• Collaboration: Easily builds rapport and works effectively alongside cross-functional partners and administrative peers.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience: 2+ years of administrative support experience, ideally supporting VP-level executives or higher.
• Process Improvement: Proven track record of streamlining workflows, improving operational efficiency, and establishing strong administrative systems.
• Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build trusted, effective working relationships with senior leaders, staff, and external stakeholders.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Tech Sector Experience: Previous administrative experience within a technology or software product company.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) for high-volume scheduling and document management.
• AI Tooling: Experience using Claude AI or similar generative AI tools to draft communications, summarize documents, or optimize daily administrative workflows.

Compensation Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.

The base salary range for this role in the United States is $106,000 to $115,000. This role is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 10% of base salary, based on individual and company performance.

In addition to base pay and bonus eligibility, this role includes clear forms of additional compensation, such as:

• A monthly Connectivity Plus stipend of $150 to support remote work-related expenses
• An annual $200 home office reimbursement
