The Advisor I, B2B Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling basic products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, selling client products/service, as well as providing basic customer service support.

As a French-speaking Desk Account Manager Online in Benálmadena (Málaga), you'll help mid-market customers maximize the value of an AI-powered SaaS platform while driving product adoption, customer retention, and business growth.

What you will do in this role

• Build and manage customer relationships, promoting the adoption and effective use of an AI-powered SaaS platform.
• Identify customer needs and drive upselling, cross-selling, retention, and re-engagement opportunities to maximize account growth.
• Guide customers through platform capabilities, remove adoption barriers, and provide tailored recommendations to help them achieve their business goals.
• Manage subscription updates, commercial discussions, and customer satisfaction to support long-term retention.
• Track customer interactions, opportunities, and performance metrics using CRM tools, ensuring accurate pipeline management and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to business success.

Your qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS Sales.
• Native or bilingual French and professional English.
• Experience driving customer retention, upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms in a target-driven environment.
• Passion for technology, SaaS, and Generative AI, with the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and engaging way.

Nice to have

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Relations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDPIC, or Outcome Selling.
