You will play a key role in supporting high-quality client servicing across cash management, trade finance, supply chain finance, and digital banking channels. The successful candidate will act as a key service contact for clients and internal stakeholders, supporting enquiries, service requests, troubleshooting, documentation follow-up, transaction coordination, and platform-related matters, while maintaining strong risk, compliance and operational control standards.

• Transaction Banking (TB) offers essential banking products and services for corporate clients, including channels and accounts for Trade & Supply Chain Finance and Cash Management.
• This encompasses liquidity management, payments, collections, trade and supply chain finance.

What You'll Do:

As an Associate, Transaction Banking Client Services, you will provide high-quality client servicing across Transaction Banking products and channels. You will work closely with clients, Sales, Product, Client Implementation, Operations, Compliance, IT and regional teams to resolve enquiries, coordinate service requests, support client readiness and ensure timely, accurate and controlled delivery of service outcomes, while maintaining compliance, risk management, and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

Client Service & Query Management

• Act as first-level support for client enquiries relating to e-channels, cash management, trade finance and supply chain finance services.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients to support a positive client experience and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
• Support clients on account-related, payment-related, access-related and online banking matters.
• Coordinate timely resolution of client issues with Operations, IT, Product, Sales, Compliance and regional teams.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders until matters are resolved.

Digital Channels & Platform Support

• Support client use of GCMS Plus, COMSUITE, COMSUITE Forex, GPH and other relevant Transaction Banking channels, where applicable.
• Assist with online banking access, user maintenance, profile updates, token/password-related matters and other platform servicing requests, subject to applicable procedures and controls.
• Support client file testing, platform maintenance and service readiness in coordination with Client Implementation and IT.

Transaction & Operational Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate handling of service requests and transaction-related follow-ups.
• Support documentation checks, submission tracking, maintenance forms and service-related records.
• Monitor outstanding items and escalate appropriately where turnaround, risk or client impact requires attention.

Risk, Control & Governance

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, internal policies, operational procedures and approval requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and support audit, access review, control evidence and reconciliation activities where required.
• Escalate incidents, exceptions, complaints or control concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Maintain awareness of information security, client confidentiality, operational risk and conduct requirements.

Stakeholder & Continuous Improvement

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Client Implementation, Operations, Compliance, IT and regional Client Delivery teams.
• Contribute to process improvement, self-service adoption and service quality enhancements.
• Support knowledge sharing within CST and help strengthen service consistency across the team.

What You Will Bring:

You should possess a sound understanding of these products together with experience in handling client enquiries and service requests. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for handling clients while maintaining a strong client service journey. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or higher learning institution.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in transaction banking, client services, cash management, trade finance, banking operations or digital banking support.
• Good understanding of cash management, trade finance, supply chain finance and digital banking platforms.
• Experience handling client enquiries, service requests, troubleshooting and internal stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or operational matters clearly and professionally.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to propose practical solutions.
• High attention to detail, strong risk awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, IT and regional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general banking systems.
• Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance requirements and operational risk controls would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of host-to-host connectivity, file transmission solutions and transaction banking digital channels would be an advantage.
