The Ad Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising programs across ISS Media's U.S. brands. This role works closely with sales, editorial, audience development, and technology teams to ensure campaigns are launched successfully, perform effectively, and deliver value for clients.

The Ad Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting both pre-sale and post-sale advertising activities, including campaign planning, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and client support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to build expertise in digital advertising and media operations.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across ISS Media's U.S. brands.
  • Coordinate campaign setup, trafficking, testing, quality assurance, and launch activities.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance throughout campaign lifecycles.
  • Optimize campaigns to meet delivery goals and client objectives.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.

Pre-Sale Support

  • Partner with sales teams to develop proposals, media recommendations, and RFP responses.
  • Assist in building digital advertising plans aligned with client goals and campaign objectives.
  • Verify inventory availability, targeting requirements, specifications, and campaign details.
  • Support creation of client-facing presentations and sales materials.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Prepare campaign reports, wrap-up reports, and performance summaries.
  • Monitor delivery, engagement, and key advertising performance metrics.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, reporting dashboards, and operational documentation.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support competitive reviews and market research efforts.

Operational Support

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, editorial, audience development, technology, and finance teams.
  • Assist with campaign documentation, billing reconciliation, and operational workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaigns, inventory, and reporting data.
  • Support process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Provide backup coverage for global ad operations activities when needed.

Professional Development & Industry Awareness

  • Develop expertise in advertising platforms, campaign management, media metrics, and audience analytics.
  • Stay informed of emerging digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Participate in training initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities across the global operations team.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, media planning, digital publishing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Google Ad Manager (GAM).
  • Understanding of digital advertising formats, targeting, trafficking, and performance metrics.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset.

Work Location & Schedule:

  • Amenable working at Makati City on a permanent night shift schedule (10pm - 7am, Manila Time)
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement (3 days' work onsite & 2 days' work from home per week): Benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid working model, combining the best of both remote and in-office work.
