Procore Master Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Procore Master Consultant based in the United States.

This role is focused on helping clients transform business needs into effective Procore and technology solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to understand requirements, architect solutions, and deliver measurable improvements across their operations. The position combines consulting, solution design, quality assurance, process improvement, and client relationship management. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert while mentoring engineers and consultants and contributing to the growth of specialized service offerings. The role also provides opportunities to shape innovative tools, methodologies, automation, and software development lifecycle practices. You’ll collaborate across project management, engineering, consulting, and business development teams to maintain high-quality delivery. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced technology professional who can combine deep expertise with strong client and team leadership.

Accountabilities:

• Partner with clients to understand their business challenges, clarify requirements, and translate needs into actionable technology and solution requirements.
• Architect advanced business and technology solutions that address client objectives and deliver measurable value.
• Act as a subject matter expert within the relevant Procore and technology domain, providing guidance to clients, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Contribute to sales support, solution design, service development, and go-to-market initiatives that strengthen business growth and client outcomes.
• Design and review test plans while collaborating with senior engineers and consultants to ensure appropriate adoption and implementation.
• Provide quality assurance oversight across engagements and help establish consistent delivery standards.
• Work with project managers on quality control processes, budgetary reporting, project planning, and overall engagement performance.
• Review and support client communications, helping establish effective communication cadences and maintaining high standards of service.
• Design and recommend tools, processes, and automation opportunities that improve consistency, efficiency, and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and consulting teams on periodic design and build reviews to confirm alignment with requirements and quality standards.
• Develop and support process improvements that increase operational efficiency and contribute to stronger client outcomes.
• Help design, document, and implement methodologies that support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Promote knowledge sharing, team development, and consistent application of project quality practices.
• Mentor engineers and consultants, supporting their technical development and encouraging strong solution design and delivery practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings based on evolving client needs and market requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience within a professional services environment, or 10+ years of private-industry experience in an applicable technical area, including at least 1 year in professional services.
• At least one advanced certification relevant to the applicable product or technical area.
• Strong experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, business analysis, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, solution design, testing, process improvement, and technology delivery practices.
• Ability to work effectively with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring and developing other technical and consulting professionals.
• Ability to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and improved delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to balance client priorities, quality requirements, budgets, timelines, and business objectives.
• Multiple advanced certifications in specialized technical or product areas are preferred.
• A related bachelor’s degree is preferred where not already held.
• Estimated base salary range of $117,000–$158,000, with actual compensation determined by factors including location, skills, experience, education, certifications, business needs, and applicable employment requirements.
• Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on applicable participation rules and individual and organizational performance.
