Senior Specialist, FP&A

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Specialist, FP&A based in Brazil.

This role supports financial planning and business performance across a global, fast-paced environment. You will partner with local business stakeholders and finance teams to strengthen financial visibility and support better decisions. The position covers budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis, financial modeling, and monthly reporting. You’ll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior management and cross-functional teams. The role also offers the opportunity to identify performance improvement opportunities and influence business planning. Success requires strong analytical thinking, financial expertise, communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. This is a remote opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working with large datasets and operating in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities:

• Partner with local business stakeholders and global finance teams to monitor financial health and support business improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the organization.
• Identify, develop, and track key revenue-related metrics, using relevant data to support financial modeling and analysis.
• Coordinate pipeline analysis, revenue planning, and forecasting cycles with key stakeholders across the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make financial and operational data accessible, understandable, and actionable.
• Prepare trends, forecasts, and analytical insights for senior management to support informed business decisions.
• Develop ad hoc reports and financial models in response to specific business questions and analytical needs.
• Produce monthly financial reporting, including key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational performance across the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional experience with budgeting, forecasting, account analysis, and month-end close activities.
• Fluent English is essential, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively in a professional environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data-driven, and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands effectively.
• Comfortable working with different computer systems, financial tools, and large datasets.
• Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to navigate and grow within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to turn complex financial information into clear insights for stakeholders and senior management.
