This is a high-impact demand generation role focused on turning product strategy into integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. You’ll own campaigns from planning and execution through measurement, optimization, and reporting across multiple channels. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across email, webinars, digital programs, account-based marketing, and field events. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Content, Web & Brand, Revenue Operations, and Sales to deliver cohesive experiences. Success will be measured through tangible contributions to leads, pipeline, opportunities, revenue, and customer expansion. Accountabilities:
- Own and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns from initial strategy and planning through pipeline creation, optimization, and final performance reporting.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and campaign-specific marketing plans aligned with pipeline generation, revenue growth, and business objectives.
- Design and launch full-funnel campaigns that generate qualified leads, create pipeline, and accelerate opportunities through the buyer journey.
- Lead campaign execution across email marketing, webinars, digital advertising, account-based marketing, and field events, maintaining a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Web & Brand teams to ensure landing pages, advertising, creative assets, and campaign experiences effectively communicate product value and maintain brand consistency.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to develop and activate relevant messaging, content, and campaign assets.
- Support sales enablement by aligning campaign objectives, timing, lead handoff processes, and expectations with sales teams.
- Track campaign performance and contribution to qualified leads, pipeline, opportunities, and revenue, using data and insights to continuously optimize results.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholders across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to a culture of ownership, curiosity, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and continuous improvement.
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation, campaigns, or pipeline generation.
- Demonstrated success planning and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, webinars, digital marketing channels, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Hands-on experience with campaign planning tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems such as Marketo and Salesforce.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative, analytical, and proactive mindset with a strong bias toward action and results.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and coordination with internal partners.
- Experience in IT, cybersecurity, enterprise software, endpoint management, or marketing to technical IT audiences is a plus.
- Strong curiosity, adaptability, empathy, and willingness to experiment, learn from results, and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Salary range of $100,000–$125,000, depending on experience, skills, and geographic location.
- 10% annual discretionary bonus potential.
