  • Total work Experience as QA should be 5+ years
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor the QA team, providing technical guidance and best practices. Establish and maintain QA workflows, processes, and strategies to ensure efficient testing and high-quality product delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases. Identify, document, and manage test data requirements.
  • Automation Testing: Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright and Page Object Model (POM). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing. Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications and APIs.
  • Manual Testing: Conduct manual testing for exploratory, usability, cross-browser, and responsive UI testing when necessary. Execute regression and sanity testing based on release plans.

  • Defect Management: Identify, report, and track defects to resolution using tools like JIRA and Test Rail. Perform root cause analysis of defects and recommend improvements.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, bug reports, and release notes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide application demos to stakeholders. Communicate testing status, risks, and mitigation plans.
