About the Job

As the Wholesale Channel Marketing Manager – Germany, you will lead the Wholesale (Brick & Mortar) Channel Marketing strategy and execution for the German market. You'll drive brand equity, consumer engagement, and commercial performance through impactful wholesale activations, partner marketing programmes, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Wholesale Channel Marketing strategy for Germany, aligned with global brand priorities and local business objectives.
• Lead the planning and execution of in-store activations, brand campaigns, and consumer engagement initiatives across wholesale partners.
• Create marketing tools, promotional programmes, and sales enablement materials that drive footfall, brand visibility, and sell-out performance.
• Partner closely with Sales, Merchandising, Brand Experience, and Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class consumer experiences.
• Manage channel marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance, and optimise ROI through data-driven insights.
• Build strong relationships with wholesale partners and collaborate with European Channel Marketing teams to share best practices and ensure alignment.
• Identify market opportunities and consumer trends to continuously strengthen channel marketing initiatives.

About You

• Extensive marketing experience within a global consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or retail brand.
• Experience in Wholesale, Retail Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Brand Activation.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful marketing plans.
• Experience working effectively in cross-functional and matrix organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimising ROI.
• Good understanding of consumer behaviour, brand building, and wholesale and retail environments.
• Fluent in English and German ​

The expected starting salary range for this role is €67,800 per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and our needs. Salary ranges may vary by location and currency.
