Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Lead to build and run the marketing engine behind our enterprise sales motion across North America and EMEA. We sell autonomous mobile robot (AMR) fleets, delivered as robotics-as-a-service (RaaS), to large 3PLs, retailers, e-commerce brands, and distributors. As Skild AI's first dedicated marketer, you will report to the Global Commercial Director and own demand generation, product marketing, and events hands-on, measured by qualified pipeline and closed revenue. This role combines strategy with execution and offers the opportunity to define how the market sees Skild AI.

Responsibilities

• Build and run demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs that deliver qualified enterprise opportunities to Account Executives.
• Own the marketing funnel end to end, including lead capture, scoring, nurture, sales handoff, and reporting on marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.
• Run paid, email, content, webinar, and digital programs, reallocating spend toward the channels that convert enterprise buyers.
• Own positioning and messaging for our AMR offering across operations, engineering, finance, and executive personas.
• Build the sales toolkit, including pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI and RaaS-versus-CapEx collateral, competitive battlecards, and case studies.
• Capture customer testimonials, video stories, and proof points on site at customer deployments, and keep the website and core content current.
• Plan and execute trade show presence at major industry events such as MODEX and ProMat, from booth strategy and meeting generation to post-show nurture.
• Organize customer site visits, demo days, executive dinners, and field events that move active deals forward.
• Select, brief, and manage agencies and contractors for creative, digital, PR, and events, and own the marketing budget and tech stack.
• Collaborate with sales on target accounts, campaign timing, and pipeline goals, and adapt programs for European audiences with our EMEA sales team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience with direct ownership of pipeline targets.
• Proven track record building demand generation and ABM programs that produced measurable revenue in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Experience marketing high-value solutions (six-figure-plus contracts) to operations, supply chain, and finance leaders.
• Hands-on experience owning product marketing, including positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and competitive content.
• Experience running trade show and event programs tied to pipeline outcomes.
• Strong writing skills; able to make a technical product clear and compelling to business audiences.
• Proficiency with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM (Salesforce or similar); comfortable with funnel metrics, attribution, and budget ROI.
• Background in supply chain technology, warehouse automation, robotics, material handling, or industrial technology is a plus.
• Experience marketing subscription, RaaS, or recurring-revenue offerings, or running programs in EMEA markets, is a plus.
• Builder mindset; comfortable doing the work personally in a small, fast-moving, in-person team.

Base Salary Range

$150,000—$200,000 USD
