Join Accenture Netherlands as a Client Account Lead and become the strategic partner senior telecommunications executives rely on to navigate growth, reinvention, and technology-led transformation. You will own and expand key relationships, lead high-impact transformation programs, and help shape the future of telecommunications in the Dutch market and beyond.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, business development, and delivery. You will have the autonomy to shape account direction, mobilize multidisciplinary teams, and turn complex client challenges into measurable business outcomes, backed by Accenture's global capabilities, telecom expertise, and technology ecosystem.

What Will Help You Succeed

• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, technology, telecommunications, or business development
• Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, including market dynamics, customer growth, network transformation, digital services, or operational efficiency
• A successful track record of building trusted C-suite relationships and growing complex client accounts
• Experience shaping transformation opportunities, from identifying value and building business cases to leading delivery and realizing impact
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: customer growth, digital transformation, network modernization, cloud, data, AI, operating model transformation, or cost optimization
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to originate, shape, and progress opportunities in a collaborative environment
• A relevant Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
• An inclusive leadership style, with experience mobilizing diverse teams and developing future talent
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is strongly preferred, together with the confidence to communicate and present to senior executives
• Curiosity, energy, and a collaborative mindset. You enjoy solving complex challenges and creating meaningful change with clients

• Build, own, and grow strategic relationships with leading telecommunications providers, becoming a trusted advisor to senior executives
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through ambitious transformation programs spanning customer growth, network modernization, digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, and cost optimization
• Identify new opportunities, shape compelling value propositions, and guide pursuits from initial discussions through successful closure
• Combine your telecommunications industry perspective with Accenture's global expertise, technology partnerships, benchmarks, and proven methodologies to deliver differentiated value
• Strengthen Accenture's market presence by bringing fresh ideas, industry insights, and thought leadership into client conversations
• Inspire, coach, and develop talented colleagues while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team environment
• Lead engagements typically lasting 2-12 months for leading telecommunications organizations in the Netherlands and across international markets
