Summary: The Scrum Master – Digital Workplace drives agile delivery across Endpoint Management, Messaging & Collaboration engineering and SRE teams. Acting as servant-leader and delivery coach, this role removes impediments, facilitates ceremonies, and ensures teams deliver reliable, high-quality Digital Workplace services. The Scrum Master bridges technical teams with stakeholders, aligning sprint outcomes to strategic roadmaps across Intune, Windows 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Agile Facilitation Lead sprints, standups, retrospectives, planning & reviews across DW teams - Impediment Removal Proactively identify & resolve blockers across engineering & ops squads -Delivery Governance Track velocity, manage backlogs, report progress to stakeholders & leadership - Stakeholder Alignment Bridge technical teams with business translate roadmap goals into sprint work - Continuous Improvement Champion team retrospectives, process maturity & Agile-ITIL alignment - Coaching & Culture Coach engineers on Agile mindset foster automation-first, collaborative culture

Professional & Technical Skills: - Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Autopilot, patch & compliance - Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, OneDrive - Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access - SLOs/SLIs/XLAs, incident lifecycle, MTTD/MTTR, RCA & problem management - PowerShell, Power Automate, Graph API, Power BI — delivery of automation stories - ITIL v4 alignment — Incident, Change, Problem & Knowledge Management

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. QUALIFICATIONS 5–10+ years in IT delivery, with 3+ years as Scrum Master Experience in Digital Workplace, endpoint or M365 environments Proven delivery of technical engineering & SRE teams using Agile Familiarity with ITIL processes & change/incident management Bachelor's in CS, IT, Engineering, or related discipline CERTIFICATIONS (PREFERRED) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Practitioner (for scaled environments) ITIL Foundation v4 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) — desirable - KEY KPIs Sprint velocity, predictability & delivery consistency Impediment resolution time & backlog health Stakeholder satisfaction & roadmap milestone delivery Team retrospective action closure rate Incident & change delivery cycle time improvement Automation story completion & technical debt reduction SOFT SKILLS Servant leadership & team empowerment Executive communication & stakeholder management Conflict resolution & facilitation excellence Analytical mindset with continuous improvement focus - A 15 years full time education is required.
