Evening Supervisor - Full Time

Evening Supervisor – Caseys Londis in Ballina Co. Mayo.

We are seeking a dedicated person to join our award-winning store in the heart of Ballina. As an evening supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the evening operations of the store.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in the retail sector. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organization abilities. Familiarity with safety compliance, cash handling, and basic computer tasks.

This is a full time position, 40hrs – 5 days a week (including weekends rotated)

The Role:

• Guide, train, and motivate the evening team to meet performance standards.
• Ensure the workplace or store runs smoothly and transitions well from day to night.
• Resolve client or customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Enforce health and safety rules, check closing security, and maintain a clean environment.
• Handle shift reports, basic cash management, and attendance tracking.
