Job Description:

What You'll Do

• Load cabinets, panels, and accessories into trailers according to shipping schedules and stop numbers.
• Operate loading equipment, conveyors, and handheld scanners.
• Verify shipment accuracy through scanning and stop verification processes.
• Stack products according to established loading and safety guidelines.
• Process out-of-sequence (OOS) products and assist with shipment accuracy.
• Identify and report missing items, load discrepancies, or equipment issues.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.
• Work closely with team members, Team Leads, and Supervisors to meet shipping goals.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions and shipping procedures.
• Basic computer and scanner skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to safely lift and move cabinets and materials throughout the shift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to perform team lifts when required.
• Ability to work inside trailers and warehouse environments.
