Role Summary

Specializes in providing customer support and technical analysis and troubleshooting for Mavenir products and the customer ecosystem nodes.

Key Responsibilities

Need to provide proactive support for customer reported issues within SLA Should be able to Create MOP and Execute the CRs for the respective task in Customer Lab and in production network. Should be having sufficient knowledge of K8 for troubleshooting and analysis the application and K8 related issues. Should be able to work independently and work with Customer directly for timely deliveries.

Job Requirements

Should have 8+ year of experience in Support role for IMS/RCS based telecom network. Need to provide proactive support for customer reported issues within SLA Should be able to Create MOP and Execute the CRs for the respective task in Customer Lab and in production network. Should be having sufficient knowledge of K8 for troubleshooting and analysis the application and K8 related issues. Should be able to work independently and work with Customer directly for timely deliveries.
