Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience: Minimum of one year work experience in customer service environment. Other: KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of safe driving and vehicle maintenance practices. Knowledge of how to read maps of community and clinic layout. Knowledge of handling biohazard materials safely. SKILLS: Skill in understanding of handling bloodborne pathogens using universal precautions following OSHA guidelines Skill in driving car or van in all types of weather. Skill in principles of customer service, scheduling and time management. ABILITIES: Ability to read English and follow instructions. Ability to interact courteously and communicate effectively with many different kinds of customers. Ability to work with minimal supervision and organize time well.
