The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various patient care departments within the hospital. This role ensures efficient workflow, adherence to policies, and high-quality support services that contribute to excellent patient care. The House Supervisor role also will be supervising staff, coordinating activities, addressing issues as they arise, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Education: Completion of accredited nursing program Licensure: Currently licensed in the State of Missouri as a Registered Nurse. Experience: Three to five years hospital nursing experience Certification/Registration: BLS and ACLS prior to completing orientation
