Assignment Credits & Per Credit Salary Range: Pay is determined by the number of assignment credits. The assignment for this position, including the faculty instruction and head softball coach, may be up to a full load. 15 credits per semester is a full load. The Head Softball Coach position is 9 credits, and we anticipate 6 credits of instruction in the credential field the successful candidate is qualified to teach. The per credit salary rate is $1,435.56 up to $2,396.43. Please note: Initial salary placement is determined based on education and experience in accordance with the faculty contract.

Position Overview
M State is accepting applications for a Head Softball Coach and Faculty. The faculty portion of the assignment will need to be qualified to teach in one of the following disciplines: Business, English, Mathematics, Biology, History, Physics. The assignment for this position, including the faculty instruction and head softball coach, may be up to full-time. This position will begin January 4, 2027 on the Fergus Falls campus.
