Position Summary: Provides administrative support to the Operations Division (Public Safey, Emergency Management, BioMed, EVS, Engineering, Food and Nutrition, Lab, Imaging, Transportation, Epilepsy, Rehabilitation). Performs all clerical duties such as; using the UKG timekeeping system, Workday, preparing a report of Performance Improvement information on a monthly basis; tracking of monthly stats for all departments.

Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Experience: Minimum three years of administrative experience; must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
