Business Strategy Manager

- Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We’re looking for a high performing, ambitious and self-motivated Business Strategy Manager to join our growing Strategy team. As a Business Strategy Manager, you’ll proactively seek scalable growth opportunities across the business, constantly question, challenge, and improve internal practices, and widely monitor all areas of the business and supply stakeholders with relevant action items. Responsibilities

- Perform research, monitor trends, and create reports to better understand user behavior, trends, game health, and how they relate to the company's overall strategy.

- Design and develop structured methods, tools, and metrics to support efficient and advanced solutions to diverse business needs.

- Design and execute tests independently to improve user experience.

- Lead cross-organizational processes and best practices across the company.

- Create and manage different revenue generators in the game to maximize profit.

- Be responsible for data & knowledge management of treatments in the game and their impact; support decision making processes and execution methods. Requirements

- Previous experience in Management Consulting / Data Analysis.

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in PPE / Economics / Engineering.

- Advanced analytical skills, ability to spot patterns and trends.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Fluent Hebrew and English.
