Position purpose:
This role manages and executes digital content development and digital marketing initiatives that support an organization's overall marketing strategy and growth goals. Responsibilities include building and maintaining website content, enhancing user experience, overseeing digital tools and channels such as CMS systems, , landing pages, and SEO/SEM. The position handles website content and data implementation, performance monitoring, and data analysis while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. It also evaluates emerging technologies and helps integrate content management and growth strategies across web platforms to improve digital engagement and effectiveness.
Minimum qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience implementing website content and tactics using a consistent brand voice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing,, User Experience (UX), Digital Media, Web Development/Design, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience with web content management platforms, writing and editing for the web, web layout/usability and site management.
- Technical understanding and ability to learn new tools and technology quickly.
- Advanced proficiency and proven success with a variety of digital marketing tools: CMS, web content management platforms, writing and editing for the web, UX/UI best practices, website accessibility standards, web layout/usability, analytics reporting, and site management. Experience with tools such as Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, BrowserStack, Figma, Google Analytics 4 and BrightEdge is preferred.
- Ability to develop website content and digital marketing strategies, set tactical execution plans, analyze performance, and provide recommendations that support user engagement and digital growth.
- Ability to report strategy outcomes using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and others, translating data into actionable insights and optimization opportunities..
- Basic Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills for building graphics and photo manipulation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong knowledge of grammar, spelling, and brand guidelines, combined with outstanding attention to detail, project management, analytical, and organizational abilities; highly self-motivated and collaborative, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work effectively under tight deadlines, and thrive in a shared leadership environment while taking direction as needed.
What the Digital Marketing Specialist will do:
- Build, publish, and maintain website content, review a metrics plan to track content success and user engagement. Implement SEO and data governance initiatives.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and user-focused content across websites and all digital marketing platforms for the region.
- Manage and enhance web content, accessibility and usability while designing basic web graphics, manipulating images, and integrating digital content, including images and videos, across multiple media platforms.
- Develop analytics reports and dashboards to monitor website performance, user behavior, content effectiveness and digital growth opportunities.
- Work cooperatively with key team members, clients, and vendors to satisfy content needs.
- Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all digital marketing properties. Work with content style guide and brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand design and voice across all digital platforms.
- Monitor competitive landscape and consumer behaviors/trends to achieve digital marketing goals.
- Keep current with best practices, recommended rules of engagement and innovative use of digital marketing tools.
