Intelligence Solutions Integrator Lead (Top Secret with agreement to obtain CI Poly)

This job requires active TS/SCI clearance and agree to CI Polygraph post-hire.

North Point Technology is hiring an Intelligence Solutions Integrator Lead to support our INSCOM Data Capabilities Division team. This role is ideal for an experienced intelligence professional who can lead a team delivering intelligence data architecture and information-sharing solutions for U.S., joint, and coalition partners in support of Multi-Domain Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary liaison between the program and coalition partners, host MI organizations, and Combatant Command J-2 staffs
• Identify and close information-sharing and intelligence architecture gaps
• Coordinate and host recurring partner VTCs and information-sharing engagements
• Travel to partner organizations for site visits, architecture audits, and trip reporting
• Promote and integrate enterprise access and entitlement solutions into customer workflows
• Participate in OPLAN planning events focused on theater intelligence architecture
• Lead and mentor embedded and CONUS-based integrators

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in an intelligence discipline (DoD or IC)
• 4+ years providing data integration support across data governance, architecture, warehousing, quality, metadata, operations, and discovery
• 4+ years leading intelligence teams
• Experience working with coalition partners on information sharing or data/system interoperability
• Strong briefing and SOP development skills
• Experience working in SCIF environments supporting mission operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting INSCOM or Army Military Intelligence
• Experience with foreign disclosure and intelligence dissemination
• Familiarity with theater intelligence architecture and Multi-Domain Operations
• Experience with enterprise access and entitlement management systems
