Senior Operations

Nox Metals is hiring a Senior Operator who will report directly to the CEO. This role does not require manufacturing experienced, we are looking for someone who has scaled a company.

This role will manage all business functions and help us scale:

- Super proficient with AI coding

- Organized

- Executes tasks assigned

- Travel

- Stand up new factories

- Lead, inspire, and hire

- Manage teams

- Self autonomy

- Focused on the exponential

- Creates new ideas

- Attention to detail

- Great attitude

- Managed finances

We are looking for someone who has done the following, though we are not married to these:

- Has scaled a startup from early days to growth stage or IPO

- Managed a team of over 25

- Has reported and supported a CEO or leader within a high growth company

- Has been an operator

- Has built things that never existed before

The role will be based in LA and/or Detroit. It is full-time in person.
