About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing professional to drive product growth, consumer engagement, and business performance. This role is responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies, leading go-to-market initiatives, and delivering measurable business results across product categories.

The ideal candidate has strong commercial acumen, consumer understanding, and experience managing product marketing initiatives in FMCG, consumer goods, beauty, wellness, retail, or e-commerce industries.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor key business KPIs and marketing effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and business impact.
• Support portfolio growth and product lifecycle management initiatives.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, trade marketing, or category marketing.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, beauty, wellness, retail, e-commerce, or related consumer-focused industries.
• Proven track record of driving product growth, market performance, and commercial results.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Experience working in regional or global organizations.
• Strong business communication skills in English.
