The Opportunity

About the Team

You will report to the Sr Director, Engineering and work in an onsite setup, where you will be required to be present in the office at least three days a week. This arrangement fosters a sense of camaraderie and allows for more seamless collaboration among team members, leading to increased productivity and creativity. Additionally, being in the office most of the week offers the chance to engage face-to-face with colleagues, enabling better communication and relationship building within the team

Your Role

• Contribute to the overall architecture, design and implementation of various integration.
• Ability to coordinate and influence internal and external groups (Solution, External partners, Cross functional engineering, product management) spread across geography.
• Develop a deep understanding of complex distributed systems, and design innovative solutions for customer requirements.
• Work closely with development, test, documentation and product management teams to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with customers and partners when needed to solve production issues.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 5-8 years of industry experience
• Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and large-scale distributed systems preferred.
• Love of programming and rock-solid in one or more languages: C#, Python, Golang. Ideally for enterprise-quality software.
• Deep understanding of APIs and extensive experience of APIs development.
• Familiarity with MS technology and its stack including Azure Cloud
• Knowledge of AI tools and its usage in SDLC process.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 147,000 and USD $ 294,000 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
