WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll be our US GM Arie’s https://www.linkedin.com/in/abarendrecht/ commercial and executional partner, working closely with our CCO’s CoS Liat https://www.linkedin.com/in/liatfainman/, to own problems that don’t yet have a natural home: growing our GTM team without lowering the bar, leveraging our VC and angel network to build a community, ramping new hires fast, and deciding which markets we build next. It sits at the intersection of GTM, Ops and Talent.

This isn’t a back-office role. You’re a builder who thrives on ambiguity and turns ideas into results at speed — and it won’t always be glamorous: you’ll need a ‘no job is too small’ attitude and energy for execution over strategising.

You’ll get an unmatched view into how a category-defining AI business scales from $10M to $100M+ ARR, working closely with our leadership team — the kind of role that compresses 10 years of founder, GM, or COO experience into two.

We’re looking for commercial judgment, first-principles thinking, and speed at scale — the instincts of someone who’s lived start-up chaos and knows how to bring order without slowing things down. You’ll be trusted with some of Omnea’s most important initiatives, with your fingerprints on our most strategic moves.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

The role will evolve as you ramp up and will involve your parachuting into different areas of the business to build & run them. Currently the most pressing need is building our US Growth engine.

Scaling & Hiring (core focus during first 6-12 months)

- You'll build the machine that helps us identify the top 1% of talent and close them - diagnosing the funnel, running the experiments, and owning the number to 3x our sales headcount

- You'll build and own our comp benchmarking model — the difference between losing candidates to banking and consulting, and actually landing them

- You'll rebuild our people process from the ground up, sitting in on interviews to diagnose exactly where signal breaks down and building the rubric that gets our bar genuinely aligned

- You'll shape how Omnea shows up in the US market — through podcasts, events, our VC network — so the best people in New York already know who we are before we ever reach out

AI, Enablement & Ramp

- You'll own the ramping target — building the onboarding that turns a hire into a top performer in weeks, not months

- You'll build the collateral, tooling, and process that shortens time-to-ramp and becomes the playbook other teams end up borrowing

- You’ll figure out ways to automate the process end to end so the team can scale efficiently

Strategic Projects & Market Expansion

- You'll oversee strategic decision like where we expand to next in North America — working with our CFO and RevOps team to make the case with real data, not guesswork

- You'll build the reporting that gives GTM leadership a clear, unfiltered view of what's actually working, shaping how we operate over the next 12 months

ABOUT YOU

We don’t expect you to know exactly how to do absolutely everything when you join! We are looking for someone with the right attitude & skillset to take on this challenge…3-5 years of experience in a high-calibre, fast-paced environment - consulting, banking, VC, or building inside an AI startup. Bonus points if you've founded one yourself.

- A relentless, data-driven problem solver. You build models, stress-test it against reality, and change your mind fast when the evidence tells you to.

- A proven operator across messy, cross-functional work streams - you get people who don't report to you to move, and make it look easy.

- An outstanding communicator who builds trust fast, whether you're in the room with GTM, RevOps, or the leadership team.

- Scrappy, entrepreneurial, and allergic to playbooks - you'd rather build the thing from scratch than follow someone else's process.

- Comfortable in the mess. You don't wait for clean data or perfect conditions - you get in, figure it out, and move.

- Nice to have: exposure to both the US and Canadian markets, or an existing network in either.
