• The Drop Zone: Direct, in-person therapy sessions taking place inside the client’s Home over in Yorktown Heights, NY (Zip Code: 10598).
• The Universal Translator: You must speak fluent Spanish. Understanding the complex psychological motivations of a child who operates on her own wavelengths is a major plus.

What You’ll Actually Do All Day

You aren't babysitting. You are actively rewiring a young human's approach to the universe using science (Applied Behavior Analysis).

• Data Overlord: You will track behaviors with clinical precision. Yes, you will technically be getting paid to count how many times a seven-year-old attempts to test gravity.
• Professional Hype-Person: You will celebrate small victories like they are Olympic gold medals. Did she transition from playing to eating dinner without a meltdown? Cue the confetti.
• The Strategic Clock: You’ll be locking down 25 hours per week, with sessions taking place entirely after 4:00 PM.
