The Role

We are looking for Graduate Market Data Engineers to join our global support team. You will be the front line for our market data platform, keeping the servers and services that power real-time and historical data delivery healthy. This is a hands-on technical role combining server monitoring, API support, and Linux administration in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Typical job duties would include:

• Providing front-line support to clients, helping them integrate with real-time market data APIs across multiple programming languages.

• Monitoring a global estate of servers and network devices, identifying and resolving issues both proactively and reactively.

• Building strong client relationships through regular engagement

• Assisting with the onboarding and certification of new market data feeds and client integrations.

•Contributing to incident reviews, helping to document root causes and preventative actions.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with Linux operating systems - or a genuine enthusiasm to learn.

• Scripting experience in at least one language (e.g. Python or Bash), this can include experience gained through personal projects and studies.

• A basic understanding of networking concepts (how devices connect, TCP/UDP, DNS); hands-on experience is not expected.

• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.

• A curious, analytical mindset and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

• An interest in financial markets or market data is desirable, but not essential.
