We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative, Service to join our team and drive business growth across Cyprus, reporting directly to the OT Lead (Director) for Cyprus.

In this role, you will combine relationship management, business development, and strategic sales execution to grow our service portfolio. You will focus on securing new maintenance contracts, expanding existing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for repair and modernization projects that deliver long-term value to our customers.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Sales Representative, Service, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening customer partnerships while driving sustainable revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of elevator and escalator service accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Building strong relationships with existing customers and serving as their trusted advisor.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service-related business needs.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, tenders, and market research.
• Developing and executing territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Promoting and selling maintenance agreements, repair solutions, and other value-added service offerings.
• Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity tracking through Otis sales tools and CRM systems.
• Leading contract negotiations, preparing proposals, and successfully closing deals.
• Collaborating closely with field operations teams, technicians, and fellow sales colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering results.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical/commercial qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consultative sales, business development, or service contract sales.
• Experience selling technical products, services, maintenance agreements, or solutions-based offerings.
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• High levels of accountability, professionalism, and reliability.

Preferred:

• Experience within the elevator, construction, industrial, facilities management, engineering services, or technical services industry.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales pipeline management tools.
