DHR Enterprise AI Solutions is Danaher's enterprise AI engineering capability, responsible for identifying opportunities, building and scaling reusable AI solutions, and accelerating measurable business impact across operating companies. We combine product, architecture, AI science, engineering and operations to industrialise AI, establish enterprise standards and enable the next generation of AI-powered products, workflows, applications and decision-making.

In DHR Enterprise AI Solutions, you will be responsible for transforming Danaher's AI strategy into scalable, production-grade capabilities by leading the engineering, integration and operational teams that build, industrialise, operate and support enterprise AI solutions across our global operating companies.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of DHR Enterprise AI Solutions, you will lead the AI Engineering, Integration & Operations organisation and play a critical role in converting innovative ideas, prototypes and reusable capabilities into resilient, secure and adopted solutions that generate measurable business value at enterprise scale.

This is a Danaher Corporate role, hosted by our Cytiva operating company in Kraków, and will be an on-site role (Kraków).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Build, scale, operate and continuously enhance reusable DS / ML / AI solutions, services, products and accelerators that enable Danaher to adopt AI faster and with less effort, creating sustainable business impact.
• Evolve the strategy and operating model and foster best engineering practices to enable DHR Enterprise AI Solutions and Danaher to rapidly move from experimentation and prototypes to scalable, governed, supportable and production-grade AI solutions.
• Establish world-class engineering, integration, deployment, operational, Level 3 support and service-management practices that ensure AI solutions are delivered quickly, operated reliably and continuously improved throughout their lifecycle.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Governance and operating-company leaders to balance innovation, quality, speed, reuse and measurable business value while maintaining enterprise alignment.
• Translate business priorities and strategic opportunities into engineering capacity, capability and execution plans that maximise impact, accelerate reliable delivery and support long-term scalability.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning AI science, AI engineering, software engineering, integrations, operations and support, creating an environment where technical talent can grow, innovate and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
• Shape and develop a high-performing, globally distributed engineering organisation that embraces accountability, continuous learning, technical excellence and collaboration.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Proven experience in building DS, ML and AI solutions and in leading AI engineering, software engineering, platform engineering or technology delivery organisations in a complex global environment.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling multidisciplinary engineering teams that consistently deliver secure, reliable and reusable AI capabilities.
• Deep understanding of AI solution development, cloud platforms, software architecture, APIs, integrations, CI/CD, reliability engineering and production operations.
• Experience leading technical experts across multiple disciplines, geographies and organisational boundaries.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect engineering investment, delivery priorities and operational excellence to measurable business outcomes.
• Integrity, strong team orientation and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across business and technology functions through trust, collaboration and results.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Building and scaling AI, software or digital solutions used across multiple business units or operating companies.
• Leading AI engineering, software modernisation or engineering transformation initiatives.
• Working in life sciences, diagnostics, healthcare, advanced manufacturing or other regulated industries.
