Who You Are

  • Relationship-driven and energized by building trust with clients, carriers, and internal partners.
  • A proactive communicator who responds promptly and professionally to questions, concerns, and changing client needs.
  • Comfortable navigating complex benefit programs and translating technical information into practical recommendations.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical and solution-focused when evaluating plan performance, funding strategies, and renewal options.
