As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving enquiries, and driving satisfaction for our customers across Australia. PERGOLUX is a premium outdoor-living brand that designs and delivers Scandinavian-inspired pergolas and accessories. WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Provide outstanding customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders across multiple channels.

- Confidently handle customer enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

- Maintain a professional, engaging phone manner to build trust and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Effectively manage competing priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously deliver seamless customer experiences.

- Proven experience in a customer service role dealing with both internal and external customers.

- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and clear phone presence.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dynamic workloads efficiently.
