What you'll do

- Own the user experience across our core operations product and upcoming mobile talent agent

- Create software that feels great to use

- Work in fast, iterative cycles

- Talk to customers, run UX audits, and turn feedback into shipped improvements

Who you are

- You have 2+ years of experience in product design

- You've designed production software that real people use

- You have strong aesthetic instincts and can articulate what makes design good or bad

- You notice UX everywhere - good and bad - in your daily life

- You have a portfolio you're proud of

- Figma for design

- Cursor or similar AI tooling for prototyping
