Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Psychologists for multiple school-based openings in the Redmond, WA area. We’re a women- and therapist-founded company that values the professionals who work with our school partners. Position Details

• Multiple 1.0 FTE, in-person openings
• One assignment runs approximately October 7, 2026–May 22, 2027
• Another runs approximately October 19, 2026–February 20, 2027
• Assignment dates may vary based on school needs

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and prepare reports
• Participate in eligibility determinations and IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support students
• Provide consultation and recommendations based on assessment findings
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Qualifications

• Washington State ESA certificate endorsed for School Psychology, or eligibility to obtain one
• School psychology experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet background check requirements
