Senior Demand Generation Manager

Recorded Future

Boston, MA

With 1,000+ intelligence professionals serving over 1,900 clients worldwide, Recorded Future is the world’s most advanced, and largest, intelligence company!

Recorded Future is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to build and run the integrated campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline from our target account list. This is a builder's role: you'll develop the demand engine that identifies, prioritizes, and engages target accounts based on intent and engagement signals, then turn product positioning and content strategy into campaigns that run across channels and regions. You'll own campaigns end to end — from brief to reporting — bringing together the right audiences, messages, and channel mix to generate demand, and you'll work closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Content, and Sales to do it. You use AI tools and marketing technology to work smarter and faster. You'll be accountable for a pipeline number, owning your campaigns' performance from strategy through execution and results.

This role requires working from the Recorded Future office in Boston, MA at least 3 days per week.

What You'll Do:

Program Strategy and Execution

  • Build and manage always-on demand generation programs aligned to our solution pillars — continuously refining targeting, messaging, and mix based on performance
  • Plan and execute across digital and offline channels — including paid media, email, organic, webinars, and direct mail — to drive global enterprise pipeline
  • Translate product marketing messaging into a clear campaign structure: define target segments, relevant intent signals, CTAs, channel mix, and success metrics for each solution pillar
  • Own program briefs, asset requirements, and the ongoing cadence of activity within each program
  • Lead campaign kickoffs so every stakeholder understands their role, outputs, and timing — and revisit/refresh that alignment as programs evolve

Intent-Based Targeting and Segmentation

  • Build intent-based marketing into campaign design, using intent and engagement signals to prioritize accounts, time outreach, and trigger the right touch at the right moment across the funnel
  • Develop and refine target account segmentation to identify and engage accounts when they're in-market

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work closely with Product Marketing to translate positioning and content strategy into executable campaigns
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure campaigns are properly built, tracked, and reported on
  • Partner with Sales and BDR teams to maintain a feedback loop that improves conversion
  • Collaborate with Content to scope and produce the assets each program needs — from campaign copy and landing pages to webinar collateral — keeping requests aligned to program timelines and solution pillar priorities

Performance and Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance across the full funnel — conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline generated/influenced — to understand what's working and why
  • Report out on program performance against goals on an ongoing basis, calling out wins, misses, and the "so what" for what comes next
  • Use performance data to continuously optimize targeting, messaging, channel mix, and spend allocation across live programs
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate attribution and campaign tracking from the start of planning, not just at reporting time

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of owning a pipeline number
  • Experience building and running integrated, multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, organic, direct mail) for global enterprise audiences
  • Hands-on experience with intent data and engagement signals to inform account prioritization and campaign timing
  • A creative, results-focused approach to campaign development
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable digging into your own campaign data and performance metrics without relying on others to interpret results
  • Highly organized communicator who can juggle multiple programs simultaneously and lead cross-functional kickoffs with clarity
  • Comfort using AI tools and modern marketing technology to move faster and work more efficiently
  • Experience in B2B security, threat intelligence, or a related technical B2B space is a plus
