Pay: $15/hr + Incentive Plan

As a Claims Resolution Auto Specialist at Revecore, you'll make high-volume outbound calls to investigate, bill, and maximize insurance payments on behalf of our clients — hospitals and medical providers.

- Research and investigate auto accident details to determine the responsible payer

- Make frequent outbound calls to patients, insurance representatives, and attorneys to confirm payer information

- Submit accurate bills and documentation to insurance companies to ensure timely, maximized payments

- Investigate denied or underpaid claims, determine next steps, and resubmit for additional payment

- Support the team with denial reports, audits, and other special projects as needed

Responsibilities

- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Possess technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously

- Can maintain strong performance in a fast-paced, high outbound call center environment with productivity metrics

- Remain organized while multi-tasking

- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find effective and efficient solutions

- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing

- Have experience with Coordination of Benefits and a general understanding of insurance billing (a plus, but not required)

- Home internet with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads

- Revecore will provide you with your equipment - your workspace area must accommodate all workstation equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, docking station, and headset)
