The Professional Services team at H1 plays a central role in creating that future. It’s our responsibility to implement and iterate on our platforms, data streams, and API’s delivering maximum value and usability for our customers. We do this leveraging a cross functional team that possesses industry, solution, and delivery expertise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1
As a Sr. Implementation Manager, you will work directly with customers to deliver solutions that are transforming the healthcare landscape. You’ll sit at the intersection of Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, ensuring customers experience smooth, high-quality delivery while driving operational excellence across the services organization. This is a hands-on role combining project ownership, cross-functional coordination, and team advocacy, with meaningful visibility and impact.
You will: - Build and manage project plans to drive implementing and/or migrating the H1 solution(s) to our customers - Develop, iterate on or inform processes to create operational efficiencies within the services organization - Lead high visibility H1 initiated projects that impact customers and require both internal and external planning and communication - Be the point of contact for the CSM to get project updates from Product/Engineering - Manage customer deliverables against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Partner with Customer Success to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction is achieved through delivery process - Partner with Product & Engineering to share customer feedback and help inform product initiatives - Partner with additional internal teams to collaborate and be the voice on the implementation team in cross-functional and strategic meetings

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of project management experience - 2+ years of experience implementing SaaS or data solutions in the healthcare space - Effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to successfully communicate with a variety of levels within an organization - Track record of success in a results-driven, fast-paced environment - Demonstrate grit, resilience and tenacity with a desire to succeed on your own terms scaling with the company as we grow
COMPENSATION This role pays $115,000 to $140,000 per year, based on experience, in addition to equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units.
