Job Description

As an important member of Agile development teams working on software, firmware, or hardware products, the Scrum Master has responsibility for coaching the team on Agility and accountability for the effectiveness of the team. Responsibilities include using Agile frameworks and practices to achieve team goals. Depending on team/organization, this may include Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Help team to understanding, teaching and coaching Agile and Lean principles. Create an environment for continued learning and continuous improvement. Help Agile teams identify, reduce or eliminate dependencies with other teams and communicate the status of these dependencies. Facilitate team events and help remove impediments. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to adopt best practices and lessons learned to improve team and program performance through communities of practice.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices.
• You will support us by helping evolve the Agile approach.
• You will participate in cross business community of practice to grow others and your knowledge.
• You will collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Leaders to help support a healthy backlog.
• You will foster collaboration among engineers across different teams.
• You will communicate accomplishments, short-term goals, and hurdles with your team.
• You will embrace someone mindset and foster team growth.
• You will support, as Scrum Master, multiple teams.
• You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective).
• You will work with other Scrum Masters to exchange ideas and bring strategies.
• You will be accountable for results from the development team required by the program.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree.
• B2 English level as bare minimum..

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, Project Manager, or similar role leading software development projects.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Scaled Agile Framework experience.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing project dependencies, business complexity, and multiple partner relationships.
• Experience working throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience collaborating with local and global technical development teams.
• We prefer a Certified Scrum Master (Certified ScrumMaster) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience in SaaS product development environments.
• Experience working with cloud-based products or teams supporting Azure or Amazon Web Services environments.
