ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

90 day contract (1099)

You’ll play a key role in powering RYZE’s next wave of large-scale creator gifting by identifying and recruiting creators who align with the brand and audience. Your day-to-day will focus on sourcing new creators, evaluating their fit, and conducting outreach to bring qualified talent into the gifting program.

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, this role offers hands-on experience within one of the largest creator programs in consumer goods, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow as the team and program continue to scale.

Responsibilities will include:

Creator Sourcing

• Source and identify creators for gifting based on brand fit, content quality, engagement, and audience relevance.
• Build and maintain a sourcing pipeline segmented by platform, follower tier, and content niche.
• Monitor emerging creators, formats, and trends to keep the sourcing pipeline fresh.
• Dig into creator profiles, engagement quality, and audience fit before initiating outreach.

Outreach & Pipeline Management

• Conduct outreach to prospective creators via email and DM to invite them into the gifting program.
• Personalize outreach at volume and follow up persistently without letting prospects go cold.
• Manage inbound interest and respond to creator questions about gifting opportunities.
• Track outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline status in the creator CRM/spreadsheet.
• Support onboarding of newly sourced creators into the gifting workflow.
• Help scale outreach quickly ahead of large gifting waves, launches, and campaign pushes.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or community management (internships count).
• Strong instinct for identifying creators who fit a brand's voice and audience.
• Comfortable with high-volume, personalized outreach.
• Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable tracking a large pipeline across spreadsheets/CRM.
• Experience with a creator/affiliate platform (AspireIQ or similar).
• Background in high-volume outreach or prospecting (sales, recruiting, or community roles).
• Native fluency in TikTok and Instagram.
• Clear, warm written communication.
